The courier used was Sendle which is not good at tracking information and then hands it to a third party for delivery which they don’t specify and so there is no way of tracking where the rug is .They are also very very slow. This is the second occasion this has happened

I'm happy with the mat. Packaging could be better, the plastic covering was ripped but luckily the mat is undamaged. The courier company was very slow, it arrived about 2 weeks after the expected date. I was able to track the package so I was aware of the delay
