This time around it appeared that I had only received half of my order so I sent a message to check-in. They quickly replied explaining that it was coming in two boxes this time and, low-and-behold, the second half arrived the next day (which is honestly a bonus as the boxes are a great size and of a reusable quality). Received just over 5 cu. ft., contacted S. about it. S. stated that peanuts are COMPRESSED in box. Straight up LIED, they were thrown loosely into box. Called S. out on it and filed return claim. S., again, intentionally, ignored return request until ebay had to step in for $ back. This S. will cheat you, lie to you and deceive you. S. also told me to go shopping elsewhere - yikes
