Great seller. There was an issue with the listing and the seller gave me a refund right way and apologized for the inconvenience. The product, though incorrect, arrived in great condition and was well packaged. For reference - The company makes two very similar models of this product, and do not have model numbers on them, and do not document it well on their website so you wouldn't know without a lot of research. Very trustworthy seller, would purchase from again.

Marking this as negative despite keeping the product. Product advertised is 7961-GE units, but we received the standard 7961 (not -GE) which don't have Gigabit Ethernet. Also, packaging was extremely lacking and arrived busted apart on nearly every edge as it was massively overfilled. I will be keeping these as we needed cheap spare phones and these just barely work, but I will not be reordering through Evotek - no options for contact through email, only call? That is outmoded.
