Ok, Truth is this is cheap for a cheap old frame to convert to 7 speeed. The cage arrived a little bent out of shape, there appears to be no lubricant in the cogs, which look a little mis cast. the attachement bolt and its plastic washer were not sized correctly and I reused my old bolt with some plastic shims to take out the slop. It was easy to adjust high to low and it shifts cleanly. It also arrived in bubble wrap with a few scars on the cage, there was no damage on the outer packaging.
