- i***s (39)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseAssembling the clamp the first time, the rod couldn't go thru the hole because both clamps internal mechanisms must have shifted during transit. Opening up the unit I aligned the plates to allow the rod to go thru. After trying to use the clamps for my ladder, I couldn't get enough clamping force to secure the ladder because of the inferior design. While driving the ladder almost fell off my truck. An Irwin wood clamp would do a better job. Not safe.

I contacted the seller he put in a tracking request and the device arrived 4 days later. Without the seller's help it would probably still be traveling in circles around the country.. The seller was great blame the late delivery strictly on the USPS.
