This ring was advertised as "in excellent condition" when it arrived I took it to have it resized. Immediately the jeweller told me there were a few cracks that needed repairing. I contacted the sellers to inform them that they should be more careful when listing items. They offered a full refund for the return but I love the ring so decided to keep it. I wasn't expecting or asking for anything other than the seller to be more vigilant in future.
