Seller described the tens unit has having a heat option. I purchased the product because of this and when it arrived it didn't have a heat option.I already own one without a heat option. Seller doesn't accept returns.... apparently even if THEY advertised the device to have features it does not possess.�� To make this right they offered me a $10 refund...I've invested over $52 in this lousy transaction. $10 is a major insult.
