Great seller. There was an issue with the listing and the seller gave me a refund right way and apologized for the inconvenience. The product, though incorrect, arrived in great condition and was well packaged. For reference - The company makes two very similar models of this product, and do not have model numbers on them, and do not document it well on their website so you wouldn't know without a lot of research.     good used monitor - perfect match for the one i have

    i had one of these; it was a good monitor 20" with a lot of pixels for the money, wanted another for dual screens, not that old, but no longer available new, so I bought two for about what the original cost new. Seems like there's a lot of parts available to repair these - don't know if that means they fail often - hope not.
