But my only issue is there is a lot of harder bits of crackle that can’t be eaten and doesn’t break down when blended so get thrown out which is a bit of a waste. My major use is as a panko crumb so a bit annoying.🙁🙂

Every piece is different in texture but none of those overly airy pieces that form a lump in your throat. No fillers, stabilisers or other junk. Unseasoned too! Powder up some Celtic salt and sprinkle or if keto go for herbamare, onion salt or even cajun. Thank guys for filling a gap in the Aussie market. I've reordered already because everone is raiding my stash. Fast postage with signature too
