Sent wrong size - shown with pictures. I understand errors happen. Instead of refunding, seller kept offering small partial refund. I declined all partial offers and Ebay finally refunded in full. Will not buy again from this seller

I've now purchased two times from this seller which has several accounts - I can tell it's the same seller because it has the same return address printed on the package. Both purchases this seller sent the wrong sewing machine belt size and both times he tried to foul me into accepting a tiny refund. Terrible experience.
