Purchased an item off them and was sent a completely different item. Was told the item I purchased was "water damaged" and couldn't offer me a similar item. I was told if I was "happy to wait" there might be another one coming in maybe soon. Argued my case and was refunded the cost of my item only meaning I still lost $30 postage fees for an item I didn't order. In future, apologise and come to a sensible agreement for your mistake.
