Developed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of the original Resident Evil series, and his team at Tango Gameworks comes a survival horror game that blends terror-fueled tension with brutal action. The Evil Within puts players in the role of detective Sebastian Castellanos when he is sent to investigate the scene of a mass murder at a former mental asylum only to find himself fighting for his life against malevolent undead creatures roaming a nightmare-induced world. <br><br>Tension and fear is ratcheted up as players must locate limited ammunition while also setting traps to defeat monsters in constantly warping environments that twist all sense of reality. As the game unfolds, players will acquire melee weapons to defeat enemies, but will also rely on stealth and hiding to slip past undetected as they search for the origin of the evil force.

    Great game

    If you love games like resident evil or left 4 dead then you might like this game great value 5 bucks for the Xbox 360 version but if you have the extra money go for the ps4 or Xbox one version im not taking anything away from the 360 version just better graphics on the new gen consoles but to my surprise the codes still worked for the fighting chance pack if you love horror games get ready to get the snot scared outta you don't wanna give you any spoilers just buy the game you won't be disappointed my advice is turn off all the lights turn the speakers up to at least 80% and have fun

    If you like rpgs and the loved the old resident evil games this fits its really Worth the price. Its better then I expected not much of a story line but very fun it's only scary at the beginning.

    Classic Kenji Makami

    I'm a survival-horror/thriller junkie and very few games have managed to actually send chills up my spine since many consist of only jump scares. But The Evil Within gives you a sense of impending doom and paranoia that only grows as the game progresses. Ultimately, it's an incredible survival-horror blended perfectly with the right amount of action. An over all A++!
