They replied really quick and after confirming that the starter was defective via a video. They offered both a refund or a replacement. In the end they gave me a full refund without requiring me to send the item back so I dont have to bother with reposting it. I'd recommend since I probably got unlucky but I wouldn't worry about purchasing from them again because I know that I will be refunded if needed.
