In the listing these center caps appeared to be 7 inches wide. When they arrived I discovered they were 3-1/2 inches wide. I went back read the full description and it listed it as 3-1/2 inches wide and seller doesn’t accept returns. I sent a message to seller about my mistake and seller sent me a return shipping label. I mailed them back and heard nothing. I contacted eBay and through eBay received a refund. This is neutral because why seller agreed and didn’t follow through is unknown.
