Received this stein in perfect condition, wrapped carefully. I must say this seller worked with me to create this stein. And it is beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted for my husband and what I ordered. It is not a light weight ceramic piece but has substantial heft. Can’t say enough about his prompt and helpful communications. So when I got the first Vanity Plate, there was a slight dent in it, which I’m sure occurred during shipping. I notifies the seller, who immediately responded that he wasn’t happy until I was, and within the hour, notified me that a replacement pate had shipped. The replacement plate is perfect!
