Wheels are as described and in good restorable condition; arrived nicely packed. I normally give Positive feedback, but must assign Neutral with this experience due to long shipping delay. I purchased/paid on 9/21 but the shipper did not actually receive them until 10/7(tracking confirmed) with spotty seller communication until Ebay got involved. Once the shipper had them they moved quickly and arrived 10/13. Those delays caused some stress and angst that I aim to avoid on expensive purchases.
