Item was heavily worn with a crease in the cover. Cover illustration was from an older printing than shown due to the use of stock images. Was purchased with 2 other books. Out of the 3 books this was the only one that arrived in the package. The other 2 were missing and the seller did not respond to any of my messages regarding the missing books.

Very spiritual and interesting too. I purchased two copies, one to share with close friends, and one to underline and reread and reread. That is how her book impressed me. I find that each day it makes me more introspective. I m getting more joy out of the simple daily routines, and viewing people and the daily outside world. "example: I ve coached myself to breathe deeply at stop signs and to be aware of my thoughts, my body and my emotions" Before I murmured in impatience " It ain t going to get any greener" Quote my reaction before I read her book. Another ex: " Time is the great teacher of equanimity, even in the face of death. As we age, trees crash all around. They rest on the forest floor, where saplings sprout up." I loved this book and will reread.

  • A book every woman needs to read.

One of the best self-help books I've ever read, especially for women. So many things to relate to and she's a down-to-earth author with great tips for improving your self-worth,

I've read many self help books over the years, this is the best. This book has and continues to help keep me on track. Many poignant thoughts to live by. Well worth the read. I have since passed this book onto many, many people.
