Using as office headset and it's really good, but Sony software is still a weakness across many peoduct categories. Audio, cameras etc.... Although it was seconds/refurbished stock I was surprised the original packaging was so badly damaged..but then again it was made clear that was possible before I bought. Just something to think about for big items where this wouldn't be ok, but for this item it was acceptable.

Took 2 whole weeks of chasing up (and sporadic follow-up responses) before it was possible to schedule a delivery, and by the time the TV was delivered, it was already more than a month since the purchase date, thus the 4 stars for shipping time and seller communication.
