    Item arrived broken. It was well,packed and actually the breaks were INSIDE the wrap. Metal was bent and actually severed. Very difficult return as seller had it sent to a warehouse. It sat and I had to get ebay involved as I returned the item but seller opted to hold item in warehouse in US until shipping to Italy. Did not appear to be old and was not functional. Overall bad item and experience.

Le ho venduto un lampadario,è arrivato con un danno non voluto da me ma accaduto in fase di spedizione.Mi ha chiesto il rimborso totale, le ho mandato etichetta di reso.Ha ottenuto il risarcimento completo, prima ancora che il lampadario arrivasse da me.E' arrivato anche rotto...pazienza. In più mi ha messo questo feedback negativo che rovina la mia immagine di venditore. Posso capire perché tanta cattiveria?
