The monitor was beautifully packaged and had clearly been cleaned nicely before packing. Only trouble I had was that one of the buttons had been pressed in and was broken. So when I plugged in the monitor, the menu lock kept flashing on the screen every 10-15 seconds. Fortunately this was a replacement for a monitor that had burned out, so I simply swapped the bevel on my old one with working buttons for the busted one on the new and it is working beautifully. Thank you!

This was my second purchased monitor. First one was absolutely great, carefully packaged and worked as well as it looked. Second one not as nice, Price Right was notified, immediately sent a replacement. Just arrived, even nicer than the first one, thanks Price Right!
