Die Artikelbeschreibung war lückenhaft, beschädigte Stellen wurden nicht fotografiert, Versandkosten waren mir nicht klar. Verkäuferin hat in der Nacht mein Angebot akzeptiert und als ich erwach war meine Zeit zum Rücktritt abgelaufen. Ich habe die Verkäuferin kontaktiert (in ihrer Muttersprache) und sie hat kein Verständnis gezeigt. Kundenservice bestätigte, die Verkäuferin war die einzige, die das Problem hätte lösen können. Die hat absichtlich nix getan und teures Geld für Schrott kassiert.
