Okay for the price.
O.K. to put together, but the weight of clothing/items is reliant on PLASTIC screws in the middle of the rack which in my opinion should be metal or another way (Like a pin going through bars into pre-drilled holes) of holding the cross beams up. Not very well thought out, and I would have been happier to pay a bit more for solid metal construction. Ofcourse you are told when you buy that the fabrication is plastic and metal.....but not which parts are which. If I had known I would not have purchased. NOT heavy duty at all
It assembles really easily but it is definitely NOT heavy duty! It can hold a few light items but that's all. Should not be advertised as heavy duty.

Worst item i have ever come across!
Thin, shabby poles that came damaged and bent, all edges are as sharp as a knife and can easily cut your skin open, instructions are a few pictures printed on a piece of paper which you have to figure out. I am absolutely disgusted! Not safe & should be removed from the shelves! Cheap Chinese made Product!
