They sent it back. I buy, fix by proper screen placement and saved $130. Unit works very well as described. Washes paint, not removes non-peeling paint. Washes cars well along with foam cannon sole separately. Use soap nozzle for soap & follow instructions, like turn off when not in use. Like, you set wand down. MY need hose extention to wash 2 story house.
