      Spares some thought?

      The basic product is good and works efficiently. Where my concern lies regards obtaining replacement cleaning pads. I have sent the window vac's serial number to two suppliers and both have sent me pads that appear to be the correct dimensions, but, cannot be properly attached to the black plastic head on the window vac. Why this is an issue I have very little idea, but the performance required in returning them to the suppliers is really tiresome.

      Quality item that does exactly what it’s designed to do.

      This is an excellently made product made of good quality materials. A well designed bottle that stands upright without falling over when filled with water. Great designed wash pad that is easy to remove and clean after use. Works perfect.
