The unit 2139055009 arrived on time,
It is located in the drivers side mirror
On my 2017 E class W213
The old unit as pictured is a smaller
Box (2139054401). Plugging in the new one proved it works well, so modified the fixing Bracket and made new screw hole in mirror back plate.
Its working well so no complaint
But info may help others.
One tip! Its cold in england, so use
A hairdryer to warm up the plastic mirror front, to enable removal-
Without breaking the glass, like i did !
