      Lasts well, quality product

      I've tried the Camco elements twice. The first lasted 3 months, the second one lasted 14 months. These are deplorably short times, and we had suctioned all debris out of the bottom of this water heater. Camco ones were somewhat flexible where we didn't expect flex, between the square head piece where you attach wires and the actual looped element part that gets hot. This seemed a little odd to us, and we were not happy with the short lifespan, even if under warranty... it's the labor to replace that is most costly. So we bought a Reliance one in hopes it might last longer. Three years later it burnt out. This is much better, because it burnt out due to the water deposits having by then reached the same height as the element, preventing water circulation around the element. I ...
