My favorite bass strings
I`ve used DR, Fender,Daddario,Dunlop,Tomasik,GHS,La Bella,Ernie Ball and a few other brands. DR and Dunlop ( nickel plated classic strings) have a very good sound and a low tension on a regular set (45-105), Ernie ball sound very good too but has more tension, which I prefer. But none of those brands.has the growl of new rotosounds strings. Thats why so many renowned bass player use rotosound. (Chirs squier,John Entwistle,Jaco pastorius,John paul jones, Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, Billy Sheehan, Duff to name a few) This rotobass sound really great!!I`ve used DR, Fender,Daddario,Dunlop,Tomasik,GHS,La Bella,Ernie Ball and a few other brands.
