Exactly as described. How it kept me cool at 27deg C...I don't know. Comfieat jacket I own, even non bike jackets. Ample big pockets, removable armour and water poof. My only suggestion for buyers is to double your regular size. I'm a hearty 4xl but the 8xl fits me perfectly.
