Everything is high quality and fits very snug on the P40. The fans are too loud to use in an office PC but if the PC is tucked away it's fine.

They are snug the first time you put them on. If you have two or more cards in adjacent PCIe slots it can be a squeeze with the power cables coming out the sides, but they will fit.

Working well so far.
I had trouble getting the fans fast enough to cool the card at first, but it turns out they
were just running at half-speed.
I recommend using the Fan Control app with the GPU-Z plugin (which can sense NVIDIA datacenter cards like my Tesla P40) and setting up a fan curve to control your fan speed relative to the GPU's temperature.
Now, it works like a charm!
