    Bought these to try as an all round pick me up after a year of feeling lethargic. After many blood tests done over a period of months coming back inconclusive I have taken matters into hand by myself. Have been taking these vitamins for around a fortnight and cannot say I can say if they are effective yet but,at the price I paid will take the full 3months supply then see how I am feeling

    Taken these for some years Accidentally got the 70+ ones and no magnesium in them, felt quite unwell after a few months, curious why 70+ both male and female don't have this important element in them! it seemed to affect my heart/ nervous system function
