Delivery process was not clear on the ad. 99.9% of sellers who say "Express" delivery usually ship & the order just arives in 1-2 days with no action required. With this process, you get some spam SMS and you're supposed to know you book in your delivery date but on the eBay listing, no mention of this. Can't tell if this SMS is spam or real.So I ring DHL , while on hold, they warn of SPAM SMS. What a coincidence! Delivery took another week to sort out. Better process needed.
