I only give a positive review on item arriving but overall services from the seller was dismal was giving a tracking number for royal mail and it was not recognised had to recontact ebay they contacted seller far as I am aware then I get a lousy message stating different sent by amazon and different tracking, very unproffesional and breaks the consumers act 2015 as a customer if giving a tracking number is suppose to be able to track on this occasion I was not uckily neighbour took item in.

Anyway, these are excellent earphones, with nice, clear treble, and the price is great. I already have a pair, and I use them every day to watch movies on my desktop computer.
