Seller blaming me for company not cancelling my order when it was their fault I contacted the seller to cancel my order same day I purchased the ceramic towels neater not my fault the seller didn’t cancel my order the same day I contacted the seller to cancel my order never buying from this seller again

Correspondence with buyer & evidence from the supplier, confirms the item was indeed cancelled on the same day. Buyer contacted us 45 mins approx after making the purchase by mistake & requested a refund which we agreed to. We tried to resolve this issue directly with the customer to return the item & offered to reimburse them for the shipping costs. However; unfortunately after providing the customer with the details to return the item, we were faced with accusations and blame.
