After a long conversation with Mark and discussing this transaction I found him to be extremely genuine. He agreed that the pictures I sent were in fact proof that the pump was damaged during shipping and that it should ve been packaged much better than it was. He told me he was going to have a conversation with the shipping department and agreed to a full refund. I appreciate the response and the owner reaching out in an attempt to resolve this issue.
