Item arrived well packaged, with a buisness card from Dave at Starr Guitar Systems which was a nice touch. It appears exactly as described and well put together. I haven't installed it into my guitar yet,so I can't say how it sounds. However I have no reason to think it won't work as expected. The item was dispached promptly but took a while to get to the UK, so I don't think the postage is particulary good value, but this is outside the control of the seller. Would buy again.
