Non è corretto vendere un oggetto usato per nuovo giacente in magazzino.
Il fatto che il venditore si rende disponibile a risolvere il problema non giustifica il suo comportamento. Rimane sempre il fatto che ha posto in vendita un oggetto usato indicandolo come nuovo.
