I would have sent this back because it was listed as 14k and they messaged me before I sent payment telling me the necklace was 10k which was fine but the authenticator called to let me know charm and necklace was 10k and nothing was 14k as listed. If I hadn’t purchased for a birthday gift and had already shown them what it looked like because of shipping delays I would have sent it back and that’s why it’s neutral instead of negative because I agreed to have it sent to me instead of a refund
