They were very nice in helping get it to a address I was on vacation, but once I got my item, it wasn’t what it was advertised. I was expecting it to be a gen 3 pump, but wasn’t. It was a gen 1. I wrote asking if they sent the wrong one, cause the box sides were torn off. It’s been 4 days now, and have gotten no response.
