A good replacement
Good bits - PSU installed and worked, does the job and NAS is now working. Unit is very quiet in operation if anything better than original. No so good - it’s not exactly the same size and layout as the original, screw holes are a tiny bit out which requires some fettling to install. I did find it hard to reuse the original screws since the thread was very tight. Including replacement screws with the kit would be a good move. Had to stow the wiring carefully so it did not touch the fan which is on the inside and not outside as original. Overall a bit fiddly but can be made to work with a bit of care and attention.
