I SENT IT BACK TO THE ADDRESS IT WAS SENT FROM AND REQUESTED THAT I RECEIVE THE RIGHT COLOR, LEAVING MY NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER. I NEVER HEARD BACK. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM ebay AGAIN.

The customer received what was purchased. They did not like the shade so it was returned. Once we received the item we issued a full refund immediately without any deductions as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Despite doing everything we were given this negative feedback. At no point during the whole purchase did the customer try to reach out to us saying they were unhappy. We learnt it only when we received the item without any prior knowledge.
