I received a defective product. After providing pictures to the seller and explaining the problem multiple times the seller agreed to refund the item. I said a refund or new unopened item would be fine. I was told to just file a return. The return was filed as requested. The seller just closed the return without refunding the money. I have contacted the seller and not gotten a response. I am now attempting to contact eBay.
