Coffee machine not working on arrival despite description stating it had been working. Contacted seller who stated it was working and must have been damaged in transit. Nevertheless, he promptly gave $100 refund to help cover cost of repair. Then took machine to Gaggia specialist (Seggafredo, Adelaide) who said it was unfixable (no parts worldwide). Switch was burnt out and had not been working for a while). Wrote twice to seller, but no response, hence negative feedback. Now have dead machine.
