I had full charged the items after receiving it . However both items are broken not able to appear the Bluetooth module on any phone list at all from the beginning. I throw it away.

For anyone curious, this feedback is aimed at the product and not us. We were in communication with the buyer and suggested a return for the product, which was sold to them sealed (new) in original packaging. Due to the buyer being an international customer, ebay assumed control over the return. Buyer said DHL was not letting the buyer return the headphones due to them being a Bluetooth device. Ebay notified us that the return closed so we reached out to the buyer again and have not heard back.
