Item as described. I tested one bulb and it works. Quality product at the best price on the market. Seller is an eBay sensation fighting inflation. Item traveled halfway across the country in two business days with free shipping. My eBay purchase history says it's still awaiting shipment. That's bizarre, but I have no idea whose fault that is and it's a moot point. So, buyers should probably chill out about any lack of shipping progress reports and see if their purchase shows up on time anyway.
