bad product and very bad seller! I received the product and it does not work. I feel very bad. I asked for a refund, but the seller won't pay the return shipping fee, even though he has to. We have tried to help this buyer with their product but the buyer escalated the ebay case, ebay have now closed the case and refunded us both without warning. We think the issue was with the memory card used (not supplied by us) or buyer was not using correctly. Sorry you felt you needed to add negative feedback but we have tried our best to help you.
