    Seller never shipped item. They never even told why they weren't going to ship. When they did contact me after I tried to cancel the order they claimed ebay would not let them cancel. But ebay told me the seller refused to cancel. All they had to do just communicate what problems they were having and we could have worked this out but they only responded after I had to cancel.
