I believe in Olay products but after using the serum two weeks I am seeing no results. I bought this specifically to fade a dark spot on my cheek. So far, no change. Maybe it will take longer so I will use the product to the end. By then, if no improvement, I won't get it again. As far as Olay products go, I am faithful to the brand and I believe in it. Evidently I have sensitive skin, because I had a reaction after using it fairly heavy two times nightly in a row. It wasn't real bad, but from now on I will use it sparingly and every few days. I am not used to something that strong. I looked back at the brochure and did not see any recommendations for the amount either. Gets rid of those nasty wrinkles that creep up!
Though other creams may do similarly, this serum is light so doesn't feel heavy under makeup or just in a daily application. And, Yes, I do use it morning and night. But at this price it's affordable and follows thru on its promises! The only thing that would make it better would be if it included an SPF quality to protect your skin from the sun. Since it doesn't, I just make sure to add a sun lotion to my morning routine. The serum is light enough so I don't feel sticky. I like it because it is fragrance free and anything going on my face should not have added fragrance. I use this serum before my heavier moisturizer. It absorbs very quickly. I didn’t get a sticky finish; it just melted right in. This is a nice option for a retinol and it’s easier to tolerate. It has other beneficial skin ingredients included. So far I have a glowing complexion ,brightness and hydrated skin. I think this is an affordable option for retinol beginners and probably best to start using before you get signs of damage. I am including this in my skin treatment at night and SPF moisturizer in daytime. It’s a gentle retinol and it takes ongoing use. I can't tell a difference
