Described as very good condition, item received was in very poor condition. Message to seller was ignored and after initiating a return, I was offered 50% refund. Previous purchases from this seller have been positive, and I thought they would be concerned about such an unsatisfactory delivery. I was wrong and their shabby offer of making unacceptable goods half price was an insult.
Fortunately ebay’s money back guarantee served justice. Unfortunately for me World of Books has lost its ingrity
