Fed Ex sent this bag in one of their boxes and relabeled the box. Had they been originally boxed, there would not have been any damage. I have ordered filters through Ebay in the past and this has been my worst experience ever. I do not recommend seller, as 1/2 filters may have been damaged. I won't know until I try to use them. Seller promised to make this right, and didn't! Buyer beware.
