The TV came a week late to begin with and on top of that it was damaged... I was told to package a 85" TV back up for courier pickup (like it was a pair of headphones) and when Sony receive it... then only will I receive a refund. Two weeks passed and no refund... I had to get PP involved to get my money back! Worse experience with any eBay seller, EVER! Never again!
